What programs do you use for video?
Most requests are edited in Adobe and Blackmagic applications such as Adobe Preimiere Pro, After Effects and Davinci Resolve
How do you bill hours?
To ensure precise hourly billing, we utilize time tracking tools like Upwork, Gusto, or QuickBooks, depending on your preference.
What if I don't like the video?
No worries! For project-based clients, we offer 2 free revisions to ensure you are satisfied. For our subscription clients, we provide unlimited revisions to make sure you are 100% happy with the final result.
How do I request video edit?
The On-Demand Studio provides substantial versatility in how you can request videos using Trello. Clients commonly request videos directly through Trello, by sharing Google Docs, or even by recording a short Loom video (for those who would rather not write out their briefs). Essentially, if it can be linked or shared in Trello, it’s acceptable.
Who are the video editors?
You might be surprised to hear this, but The On-Demand Studio is actually an agency of one. This means you’ll work directly with me, the founder of The On-Demand Studio. However, for specific requests that require a particular style of motion graphics, we collaborate with partner motion graphics experts to deliver the best results.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
We provide the first video edit for free, whether it’s project-based or through a subscription. We’re confident you’ll love the results. Due to the high-quality nature of our work, no refunds will be issued.
